Occupational Therapist; Director at KaleidoSync
Ronél Van Tol
For over 17 years working as an Occupational Therapist, Ronél has been passionate about empowering people to thrive, both personally and individually in the workplace. Her special interest in how people perceive and interact with the environment and their diverse responses to challenges motivated further studies. This lead to completing her qualifications in Sensory Integration (2010) and Temperament Profiling (2015). Recognizing the importance of self-awareness, interpersonal dynamics, and environmental influences in fostering healthy relationships and productivity, Ronél has been committed to equipping individuals and groups with the necessary tools for personal growth and successful interactions over the past 10 years.
Outside her work responsibilities, Ronél finds fulfilment in her roles as a wife and mother of three active boys. She achieves work-life balance through spending quality time with her family, camping, trail runs, and reading.

Lozaun Scott
Lozaun brings a unique blend of Human Resources expertise and Occupational Therapy knowledge to KaleidoSync. With a BCom in Human Resource Management (2010) and a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (2013), she understands how to empower individuals and teams to thrive in the workplace.
Lozaun's passion extends beyond work. She enjoys jogging, tending to her garden, indulging in chocolate, and embracing lifelong learning. As a wife and mother, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her work, understanding the importance of balance and well-being.
